Herbed Butter

This is a great little butter I like keep made up to top steaks, stuff under chicken skin, or simply to give some interest to italian bread. The fresh herbs lend a great aroma and wonderful flavor.

Herbed Butter

4 Tbs. butter, softened

1 tsp. rosemary, chopped

1 tsp. thyme, chopped

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 tsp. kosher salt

Stir softened butter until smooth.

Add herbs & seasonings.

Stir until all additions are completely incorporated.

Lay plastic wrap out on flat surface. Spoon butter onto plastic wrap and form into a log (use the plastic wrap to help form the log so the butter doesn’t stick to your hands). Wrap butter securely and store in the refrigerator.
