Grilled Corn with Chile-Lime Butter

Grilled Corn with Chile-Lime Butter

4 freshly shucked corn on the cob

2 1/2 Tbs. butter, softened

1 tsp. chili powder

1 tsp. lime zest

Fire up grill.

Mix butter, chili powder, and lime zest with a fork.

Rub corn with olive oil. Salt & pepper.

Grill corn about 2 minutes on each side until tender and starting to brown in spots.

Remove from grill & rub butter over corn.
